Shipping policy

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during busy periods, holidays or promotional events.

Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–20 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple products, they may be supplied from different locations. This means your items may arrive separately and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order is delivered in multiple packages.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow a few days for tracking information to begin updating after dispatch.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to customs, carrier delays, severe weather, peak shipping periods or other circumstances outside our control. If your order appears significantly overdue, please contact us and we will assist you.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property and with household members or neighbours before contacting us. If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the supplier or carrier.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where such charges apply and are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer, subject to applicable law.
